2. Ensure the item is returned in an unworn and unwashed condition with the labels still intact to the following address within 30 days of the above

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty when you receive it, we check everything - but mistakes can happen. Please email us at ilovesnob@gmail.com explaining the issue, please send photos if possible. We will then do all we can to rectify the situation.

We are a small local business and we keep our prices ‘high street’ low, this means that we do not inflate our prices to cover postage and returns, like some other online only boutiques. Therefore we ask you to select your items carefully as you are responsible for the cost of the return postage costs.
