SNOB — Shipping & Delivery Information

We ship worldwide from the UK.

We believe in clear timelines, no hidden surprises and transparent delivery policies so you can order with confidence.

Important: European & Republic of Ireland orders

From 31st July 2026, we’re no longer shipping to the EU, including Ireland.

New European packaging regulations come into force from August. Although they’re primarily aimed at large international retailers and marketplaces, the rules also apply to small independent businesses like SNOB.

To continue shipping to Europe, we’d need to register and comply with separate packaging schemes across individual EU countries. The costs and administration involved are simply beyond what a small independent business like SNOB can justify, so we’ve made the difficult decision to pause EU shipping for the time being.

If you’re in the UK, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands you are not affected – you can continue shopping with us as normal.

If you have friends or family in the UK, we’re still very happy to deliver your order to a UK address, and they can then forward it on to you if they wish.

To all of our wonderful European customers, thank you so much for your support over the years. We truly appreciate every order and hope we’ll be able to ship to you directly again in the future.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched the same day you order. During busy periods we will still aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after midday may be processed the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Delivery times begin once your parcel has been dispatched and vary by country. We provide broad estimates to allow for customs and postal delays:

UK: 2–5 working days
USA & Canada: 7–20 working days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 working days
Rest of World: 10–30 working days

Delivery times may be extended by customs processing and individual country customs charges, which are out of our control. Most parcels arrive significantly sooner than the outer end of these estimates — we choose to list generous timelines to ensure transparency and to avoid disappointment.

Once your parcel has left our premises, delivery times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by factors outside of our control.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most international destinations.

We are not currently shipping to the EU or the Republic of Ireland — please see the notice above.

Express Worldwide shipping (optional upgrade)

We offer DPD or DHL Express Worldwide for faster delivery. Typical express delivery is 5–8 working days, depending on destination.

Express rates are quote-based and depend on parcel size, weight and location. To request a quote, please email hello@ilovesnob.co.uk before placing your order. If you have already placed an order, please contact us within 12 hours to check upgrade availability.

Will I be charged customs fees or VAT?

Some countries charge import duties, taxes or customs fees on goods entering their country. These charges are set by the destination country.

Where duties and taxes apply and can be prepaid, they will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase, so you’ll know the total cost of your order before checking out. If duties and taxes have been prepaid, there should be no additional customs charges when your parcel is delivered.

Occasionally, customs authorities may inspect parcels, which can cause delays beyond our control.

US customers: most SNOB orders fall below the US de minimis threshold ($800), meaning duty is usually not charged, although occasional customs delays can occur.

If a parcel is refused due to customs charges, return shipping fees or carrier costs may be deducted from any refund once the parcel is returned to us.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is emailed once your parcel has been dispatched.

Tracking may take time to update, especially during customs processing or local postal delays.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

If your order is later than:

UK: 10 working days
Rest of World: 30 working days

…please contact us and we will investigate.

Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery window.

Christmas, bank holidays, sale periods and launches

During these peak or seasonal periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended.

We advise ordering early to avoid delays if you require items for a specific date.
