We ship worldwide from the UK.
We believe in clear timelines, no hidden surprises and transparent delivery policies so you can order with confidence.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed after 12pm (UK time) may be processed the following working day.
During peak periods (sale launches, Christmas, new collection drops), dispatch times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times begin once your parcel has been dispatched.
We provide generous delivery windows to allow for customs processing and local postal services. Most parcels arrive well within the shorter end of these estimates.
United Kingdom
2–5 working days
Shipped via Royal Mail or a trusted equivalent delivery partner.
Europe (EU Member States)
5–15 working days
We are fully IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) registered.

For orders over €150, local customs duties may apply in line with EU regulations.
United States
7–20 working days
Most SNOB orders fall below the US de minimis threshold ($800), meaning duty is typically not charged. Occasional customs delays may occur.
Canada
7–20 working days
Orders may incur GST, duties or handling fees upon arrival, as determined by Canadian customs authorities.
Australia & New Zealand
10–25 working days
Orders may be subject to local taxes or handling charges on arrival.
Rest of World
10–30 working days
Delivery times vary by destination and may be extended by customs processing.
Express Worldwide Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
We offer DPD or DHL Express Worldwide for faster delivery.
Typical express delivery: 5–8 working days
Express rates are quote-based and depend on parcel size, weight and location.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs policies vary by country. Any import duties, taxes or handling fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient unless VAT has been collected at checkout under IOSS (EU orders under €150).
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from your refund.
Tracking
Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take time to appear, particularly during customs processing or busy seasonal periods.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within:
- UK: 10 working days
- Europe: 25 working days
- Rest of World: 30 working days
Please contact us and we will investigate.
Claims for lost parcels must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery window.
Seasonal & Sale Periods
During high-volume periods, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. We always recommend ordering early to avoid seasonal delays.
