I’m married to Jon, who thought he was marrying me but actually ended up marrying SNOB as well. Along with me he acquired Vincent Van Dog (our Dalmatian with a strong sense of entitlement) and two mahoosive boys — Ollie and Freddie, who mostly ate their way through childhood.

The club-like atmosphere in store — part boutique, part support group. There’s a lot of laughter and a surprising amount of therapy happening in those changing rooms.

What I Love Most About My Role at SNOB

I love meeting new people, having a good chat and helping our lovely customers find outfits that make them feel fabulous. I also really enjoy making the SNOB videos — it turns out I quite like being in front of the camera!

What My Friends Know About Me

I’m loyal, always positive and will help anyone at the drop of a hat. Life sometimes throws the odd bit of drama my way (it can feel like a mini-series at times), but I’m the sort of person who always finds the bright side and keeps smiling.

I’m Emma’s marketing and social media guru, keeping the website fresh and creating fun content to tempt you in. I’ve worked with Emma the longest — we’re still not entirely sure how it works, but it definitely does!

When I’m not wrangling the website, I’m a busy mum, and nothing beats a Friday evening and a well-deserved chilled glass of white after a hectic week.

Meet Jon — Mr SNOB.

Jon thought he was marrying Emma, but actually ended up marrying SNOB as well. His days mostly involve Emma appearing with a new idea and saying, “Just quickly… what do you think about this?”

Usually he’s found carrying boxes, fixing things, or driving vans full of fashion, while quietly wondering how SNOB got quite this big.

His most used phrase?

“Right… how exactly are we going to do that then?”

Luckily for SNOB, he always helps make it happen.

I'm a regular at Snob and I hang out being adorable and helping my Mum Emma.

I love all the attention I get from the ladies and seeing the other dogs that come into the shops - we are very dog friendly here at SNOB.

Please don't ask how much is that doggy in the window? My mum won't let me in it as I'm now too big and the mannequins don't seem to want to pet me!
