🛍 Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched the same day you order. During busy periods we still aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after midday may be processed the next working day.

  • Once dispatched: UK 2–5 working days · USA & Canada 7–20 working days · Australia & New Zealand 10–25 working days · Rest of World 10–30 working days.

    We list generous timelines to allow for customs and postal delays — most parcels arrive well before the outer estimate.

  • We offer free Royal Mail tracked delivery on UK orders over £75. Under £75 it’s £3.50 per 2kg package (Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked), with a 24 Hour upgrade for £3.50 more, or guaranteed next day for £12.00. International: USA £30, Rest of World £30.

  • Yes — we ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and most international destinations.

    Please note: from 31st July 2026 we are no longer shipping to the EU, including the Republic of Ireland, due to new European packaging regulations. UK, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands customers are unaffected. Full details on our shipping page.

  • Absolutely. Tracking information is emailed once your parcel has been dispatched. Tracking may take time to update, especially during customs processing or local postal delays.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • No stress — returns are easy. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. We want you to love your SNOB piece.

  • Pop it back to us in its original condition with your order details. As soon as it arrives safely, we’ll refund you.

👗 Sizing & Style

  • Most SNOB styles are designed to flatter a range of sizes, with many one-size pieces as well as sized. Check the product description for fit notes—or message us for honest advice (we’ll even try it on for you!).

  • Sometimes yes, sometimes no. If you see something you love, don’t wait—it might not come back!

🎁 Gifts & Vouchers

  • Yes! SNOB gift vouchers are available in-store and online—the perfect present when you’re not sure which fabulous piece to choose.

  • Of course. Just pop us a note at checkout and we’ll wrap it beautifully in SNOB style (because presentation is everything).
