Floral Wrap Blouse: a statement blouse that ties to fit you
A floral wrap blouse with a collar, long slightly puffed sleeves and a peplum back. The tie on the right side lets you cinch it in at the waist or leave it looser. It’s especially flattering if you have a bigger bust and narrower shoulders.
