Fabric & feel
74% Lyocell, 18% Nylon, 8% Linen — soft drape, cool against the skin, with just enough structure from the linen to keep the frills holding their shape rather than flopping.
Style notes
The fabric is sheer, so a pretty bra or cami underneath is doing real work here — though the A-line cut layers over itself enough that it's not fully see-through on its own. Wear open over a cami for the tan-showing version, or closed under a jacket once the evenings cool off. Let the frills be the detail; keep everything else simple.
